Yesenia Uribe, a Rotaractor in Cuidad Juárez, Mexico, attended a workshop held by the Institute of Economics and Peace last year, and was inspired to put into practice the message she learned that peace starts in small communities. Members of her Rotaract Club of Juárez Integra began an ambitious project to paint murals in graffiti-ridden public spaces to create a clean and safe environment.
