Antony will be joining us from Yorkshire, England, 1000 miles into a solo bike from New York to San Francisco, which he is doing to raise money for multiple sclerosis research and raise awareness about mental health. In this talk he'll share how the first few weeks on the road has gone, as well as how plans for the ride came together and his motivation for setting off on this epic adventure.
