Jeanne Ann is the Director of Dunebrook, a child abuse prevention and intervention non-for profit organization.  She also is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having had a private practice for over 25 years in Michigan City.  Early career choices included working for Wausau Insurance Company in Chicago, selling computers to medical clinics.  Having made a life changing decision to use her skills in helping others, she returned to school, focusing on counseling, with a Masters from Indiana University.  She honed her skills as she worked for a psychiatric hospital, a drug and alcohol abuse treatment center, and then married, worked for a group of therapists back in Chicago.  When she and her husband Patrick moved back to Michigan City, they raised three children, Patrick, Maggie and William.    Motherhood and work in school counseling and her private practice have been a joy and privilege.  Presently, as Director of Dunebrook, she is thrilled to be giving back to the community in a powerful way.  Empowering parents to raise their children to be safe, healthy and happy, not only helping parents and children but strengthening the core of our community.
