Recruit Sarges for meetings
Develop meeting procedures (Include plenty of fun things)
Schedule Sarges
Remind Sarge 2-3 days in advance (Can use texting system)
Ticket Table coordinator:
Recruit and schedule members to staff the ticket table.
Remind member 2-3 days in advance (Can use texting system)
Ticket Table duties include:
Bring change
Pickup and bring badges, tickets, attendance sheets, and money baskets
Collect money for lunch
Offer 50-50 tickets
Collect money for eyeglasses
Ensure members sign-in on the attendance sheet
Ensure members pickup and return their name badges
Meeting coordinator:
Schedule locations
Ensure speaker materials are provided (A/V etc.)
Act as MC for the meeting.
Setup meeting recording
Program Chair:
Recruit speakers/presenters for meetings
Enter speaker information into ClubRunner website
Let PR members know when speaker information is available on the website
Introduce speakers at the meeting
Attendance Secretary:
Print meeting attendance sheets using ClubRunner and give to Ticket Table.
Pickup Attendance sheets at the end of the meeting
Enter attendance into ClubRunner
Greeter coordinator:
Assign members to be greeters
Notify members of greeter assignments
Remind greeter 2-3 days in advance (Can use texting system)
