Patti Shields, Executive Director Ivy Tech Career Coaching and Employer Connections
Located at the Valparaiso Campus and Michigan City/La Porte sites
Patti joined the CCEC Valparaiso Team in September. She was most recently the Director of Corporate Outreach at a community college in the Chicago suburbs, but has called NW Indiana home for several years. She looks forward to making connections within our region and creating strong partnerships between Ivy Tech, students, and employers.
Career Coaching and Employer Connections (CCEC) is a new initiative at Ivy Tech, a more intentional way of bringing together employers and Ivy Tech students. Patti shared more about the new team and how employers and the community can engage and connect with the college's resources.
