Our online meetings are being run as follows:
- When you join the meeting, you will be placed at a one many of virtual tables with other Rotarians and Guests.
- Participants will be added to the tables they arrive.
- One Rotarian has been assigned to the table to lead introductions and some ice breaker questions.
- After 15 minutes everyone will come back to the main meeting where we will discuss the ice breaker questions.
- This will be followed by the program.
- We may have a short Sarge program (optional).
- The meeting will be adjourned.
