Founder and Coordinator of the Rotary Childrens Fund
Feb. 04, 2021
The "Rotary Childrens Fund" exists to promote goodwill between countries by funding organizations that contribute to peace, cultural understanding and appreciation through the arts. RCF provides principal funding to the Cultural Exchange Program "Golden Gates," which provides a structure for talented young people from around the world to share their talents, be cultural ambassadors of their country and learn about the United States of America. It offers audiences an entertaining and authentic glimpse into the represented country and its regions through music, song and dance. It has been building bridges across cultures for almost a decade. By introducing their culture to the people around the world, young cultural ambassadors get a great opportunity to learn American and world culture, history and people. Vitaliy Bezrodnov was born in the South of Soviet Union (now Kazakhstan), went to Music College and Conservatory in Russia, and immigrated to the United States in 1994. He was introduced to Rotary on the Russian-American district Conference in the 90th in Denver, Colorado. He became a member of the Lakewood-Rocky River Rotary Club (Cleveland area) Ohio in 1997. |
