In addition to the club officers and board members the following positions are in need of volunteers. The club and I would greatly appreciate any help we can get to fill these positions. Attendance Secretary: Print meeting attendance sheets using ClubRunner and give to Ticket Table. Pickup Attendance sheets at the end of the meeting Enter attendance into ClubRunner Greeter coordinator: Assign members to be greeters Notify members of greeter assignments Remind greeter 2-3 days in advance (Can use texting system) Meeting coordinator: Schedule locations Ensure speaker materials are provided (A/V etc.) Act as MC for the meeting.
